The Journal of Environmental and Energy Law is presented and published by the IIT Chicago-Kent Program in Environmental and Energy Law. The Journal seeks to provide a forum for professors, attorneys, and students to engage in a dialogue about environmental law and policy issues on the global, national, and local level.
